How do I get my logo digitized?

Easy! Simply email us your logo. That's it.
Best file types to send over your logo, jpg, pdf, tif, eps.

Why does my logo need to be digitized?

Our embroidery machines require images to be in a special format. Digitizing is simply recreating the image/logo in a format our machines understand.

Will my colors match my logo?

We will try our best to match your logos PMS colors. Please keep in mind when comparing thread to ink, sometimes there can be variances. If you do not have exact colors of your logo, we will do our best to match to them. If you need help with colors, we will be happy to make suggestions.

Can I see my logo before my order is started?

Of course. After we digitize your logo, we will email a sample for approval. We do not start any embroidery until the digitized logo has been approved. Embroidered sample by mail is also available, please ask.

What is the costs of digitizing my logo?

There is a one time cost for digitizing your logo/image. Once we digitize your logo/image, most future orders will not have any addition set-up costs. Please call for digitizing cost.
